Mitahari ("we") is committed to protecting your personal and health data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and mobile applications.
Data we collect
Account information (phone, email, name), health baseline from onboarding, meal logs, lifestyle path progress, wearable metrics you choose to sync, and consultation records with dietitians.
How we use your data
To personalise your lifestyle path, generate AI insights, connect you with dietitians, process subscriptions, and improve our services. We never sell health data or use it for advertising.
Security
Health data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3+) and at rest. Wearable OAuth tokens are encrypted with KMS. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You may request access, correction, portability, or erasure of your data through your account settings or by contacting us. ML model training uses only anonymised, aggregated data unless you opt in.
